Wertheim-Cullen Pedicle Clamp is a length of 8 ½” and contains a ratchet mechanism on the inner ring-handles. The 2″ right angle jaws with longitudinal serrations can primarily be used in surgical operations to clamp pedicles, especially ones from tumors.
