The smooth tips are ideal for handling the anterior capsular flap during removal of the native lens as well as handling both 8-0 and 11-0 sutures. In addition, the 7.5 mm tying platform provides the surgeon handling of both tissue and suturing equipment. The ribbed handle provides a more ergonomic grip during the procedure.
